- What are your hours?

Portrait sessions are by appointment only. Regular session days are Monday through Friday. Times vary as seasons change.
Select Saturdays made available during peak portrait season, or by special request. Weekend rates may apply.
- Where are you located?

I am based out of my home studio, but delight in the opportunity to travel out to one of my favorite locations, or one of yours! If you are stumped as to where you want to go, we can cover some options that will fit you and your vision during our consultation. Travel rates applicable outside a 30 mile radius of Jefferson City, MO.
- Do you do online galleries?

The short answer is no.
Let me explain:
In order to best serve you as a valued client of mine, I consider it part of my job as a professional to guide you through your selection process, and help you determine what portrait products best fit your needs. During your in person sales appointment, you can see and feel the different products I offer, and quite honestly, it is WAY more efficient. Yes, it is an additional appointment. BUT!!! In the long run, allowing me to assist you saves you HOURS of your precious time, as well as a whole bunch of frustration. I have a system. And it works!
- How can family from out of town see my pictures?

That is EASY! I can set up an online appointment with your loved ones from afar, and share my computer screen with them. It is much like an in-person sales appointment, without that actual in-person part. The bonus is....It can even be done wearing pajamas (if they really want to).
- How long is the typical wait?

That largely depends on your type of session and what products are ordered.
For single business headshots, I promise a turnaround within two business days, but typically deliver the same day.
For larger orders such as albums where it requires a greater amount of artwork and involves proofing, approval, possible revisions and printing, the average is 4-6 weeks from order date to delivery to you. Of course, I work to get it to you as soon as possible.
- Do you have a cancellation policy?

Creative Fees paid in advance act as a retainer for your session date. When you pay your creative fee, that time slot is yours! A no-show/ no call will cause you to forfeit your creative fee. Should you need to reschedule your session due to illness, emergency, or weather...not a problem! Stuff happens, and I am happy to reschedule your date.
- What forms of payment do you take?

Most all of them!
Cash, Check, Visa, MC, AMEX, and Discover...all welcome!
Unfortunately, since flattery, exposure and photo credit don't pay the bills, I cannot accept them as forms of payment. If you have a mutually beneficial collaboration we can work on...let's talk about it! :)
